Any wise computer people that can answer?

I have noticed that with dolphin people have been editing games (hd textures and such) and I also noticed that somebody took the models of the busting out furniture. So would it be theoretically possible to add models into bustin out? (Ie custom content) I know it's probably not and I probably sound 80.
