Cant play my sims1 on my new system

hay guys Just got a bran new system and was in the process of putting all my sims games and stuff to the new one , got all my others working finally but still cant the sims1 and its packs to work on ...

    thanks i finally got it working i just copied my backup file back in the game and poof just like that its working again now. Still don't know why it wasn't working in the first place but hey i'm happy it working now.

859janie​  Try forcing the game to open in windowed mode.  Hopefully the command still works: open the EA App, click Sims > Manage > View properties, and add -w in the command line box.

The Sims crashes in your dxdiag are somewhat generic in that they could point to a number of issues.  One is the graphics driver, but if other games work fine, it's typically not the driver.  Still, if you have access to another game that uses Vulkan, that would be an informative test.
