How to put items downtown in hot date

Specifically- the how to put items downtown section. I want to put a bed downtown so I can sleep, since there's no other way to regain energy (I don't think there's any coffee/espresso, either) I just can't find a version of the menu editor that has the "allow to visitors" option for me to actually use the bed.
