Diegog546 Your new dxdiag still lists the old driver, so it didn't install properly, or it somehow rolled back to the previous version. Please try again, and after you restart your computer, check the driver version. Click Windows key-X, select the Device Manager, expand Display Adapters, right-click the Intel entry, select Properties, then Driver, and you'll see a version and a date. The new version should be 32.0.101.7088, and the date June 22 or close to it.
Your dxdiag also has some DirectX 9 errors listed, but Sims 1 doesn't use DX9. Still, they're coming from somewhere, so it's a good idea to reinstall DX9. You don't need to uninstall it; just run the installer and restart your computer. More details are here:
