laptop completely freezes after turning on the sims 1

Hello everyone. 

if somebody has problem like me? When I open The Sims 1 Legacy my laptop is completely freezing and I can’t nothing open. A window appears regarding loading the Star add-on informing about the arriving stars but that's it. It doesn't even load and everything is blocked. Does anyone know a solution how to fix this?

    Cass998  Sorry for the late reply.  Please update the driver for your Nvidia GTX 860M.  Go here:

    https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/

    and download the Game Ready Driver, which supports your GPU.  Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator."  Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.

    Cass998  Please go here:

    C:\Users\your username\Saved Games\Electronic Arts

    and move or rename the Sims 25 folder, then try again to play.  This will remove any save data you have, although you may be able to restore it later.

    If that doesn't help, please provide a dxdiag.  Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop.  From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
