Missing items?

I had a bit of a time to find as well so just in case did you look in the buy option Outside then Deco? In case you don't know clicking twice on the buy mode brings up this option. :-) 

I found it! Thank you! It's very odd, you can't find it in normal buy mode where the Sims Wiki page says it is but had no problems finding it in the Rooms buy mode.

You can find it in normal buy mode if you go to Decoration and click the Infinity symbol. The scarecrow doesn't seem to be subcategorized anymore, it was apparently marked as a sculpture in Unleashed.

This is a bug that existed in the complete collection even before legacy collection was released. If you are in buy mode (by category) you have to go to decor and go to the "show all" infinity symbol to find it. It's not under a subcategory.

This is new to me, but according to Bluegayle if you go to buy mode (by room type) you can go to outdoor and decor and it will show up.

So buy mode (room type) works as intended, but buy mode (by category) has the scarecrow as a decor object with no subcategory, so it falsely does not appear in sculptures. You have to show all.

This is a bug that should be fixed easily.

utopian569Maybe you can change the title of your post to say that this is a bug report for buy mode scarecrow? Would be nice to get this fixed.

Yes i remember a maid bot machine and afew different lights that are there different arcade machines and ect are missing 

Anybody notice missing items in the shop? I play through steam. When I tried to make a garden the scarecrow didn't work so I tried to add a fence but there aren't any gates. Tried to find a way to report it to EA and this was all I could think to do. 

Glad you were able to find the scarecrow. However, I've been having this issue with finding gates. 

In Sims 1 no gates you have to use a gap to go through.

In Sims 2: They are located in build mode. Click the icon that looks like a fence, and you will find both fences and gates in the same menu.
