Hello, I downloaded the sims and sims 2 when they went for sale last year. I just tries to launch the sims 1 for the first time yesterday and it isnt working. It keeps closing and flashing to my desktop every 3-5 seconds. Anyone have this issue or know how to fix it? Ive already tried hitting "repair" on the game and nothing
ErinM123 Please provide a dxdiag. Click Windows key-R, enter dxdiag in the run box, wait for the scan to finish, click "Save all information," and save the file to your desktop. From there, you can attach it to a reply using the paper clip (Attachment) icon included with the other formatting buttons.
Hi it is a windows computer. I am not sure what that is but my sims 2 from the same purchase bundle works properly if that makes a difference
