BMacRKDA07 Thanks for the dxdiag. Your graphics driver is from 2018, which is the issue. Before addressing that though, please clear at least another 20-25 GB on your system drive. It currently only has 3 GB free, which isn't even enough for Windows to maneuver properly. Your D drive is almost empty, so you can move whatever you want there instead.
Here's the driver you need:
Run the installer as an admin: right-click the download and select "Run as administrator." Restart your computer afterwards and before trying to play.
thanks for the feedback. is there anything in the os that shouldn't be moved (clicked and dragged) to the D drive? it says that it can cause programs to malfunction or data loss. For example, it specifically said do not move "program files" file over to D drive, leave it in the OS.
Also, I have tried moving photos (we have a lot) and my computer won't handle it. Even moving one at a time takes hours. I have tried to transfer photos to a USB storage, but then when I try to open them on the USB, it says it's not compatible. So not too interested in that if I lose my photos.
