Sims legacy load is just a black screen

hi guys, I've installed the sims legacy from steam and its been working fine! I go to load it today and its just a black screen! I've installed it all and the only thing left to do is uninstall steam...

What system do you use? As in what specifications does your system have? You need a graphics card that supports Vulkan.
