The Sims 1 Legacy fails to work properly on AMD graphics cards

Me and a lot of people who have AMD GPU's are reporting MAJOR performance drops into the low 10's in frames when more than 3 Sims are on a lot, or more apparent in a Community lot, I hope this issue ...

I'm running it on my Acer Laptop with an AMD Ryzen 7 Mobile Processor and it works fine there.

Update: GPU is AMD Radeon Vega Gfx.
I'm able to stream it from the laptop to the Dekstop PC via Steam. So this is my workaround. Played for around 2 hours now.
