The Sims 1 Legacy not launching at all

Hello,

i tried several ways to fix the issue. i start the game, the EA launcher tells me it is preparing everything and after the EA window is gone nothing happens. 

I already tried:

• ininstalling all Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables and installed the latest.
• starting the game in compability mode for win xp 
• starting the game as admin
• changing my GPU from my 5080 to the oboard amd one

I created a report with ID d66421b8-92ef-4bf1-a8e1-42974b4fd4e3
