The Sims Legacy Collection Thai language displays many NPCs as “เรตติ์”

The Sims: Legacy Collection (Steam) – Thai language issue with NPC names

I am playing The Sims: Legacy Collection on Steam using the Thai language.

Many NPC names are displayed incorrectly in Thai. In the phone book, multiple different NPCs appear with the same name “เรตติ์”, even though they are actually different characters.

I tested the following:

• Verified all game files through Steam successfully.
• The issue occurs in Neighborhood, Downtown, Studio Town, and Magic Town.
• Switching the game language to English restores the correct names (for example, Christine Somebody and Wesley Somebody).
• NPCs are still different characters and function normally.
• The issue only affects the displayed names in Thai.

This appears to be a localization or translation issue in the Thai version of The Sims: Legacy Collection.
