TS1 crashing when vehicles arrive to lot

Is anyone else experiencing this bug in the Sims 1 legacy?

Ever since the latest update (as of 2/6 9:04pm EST), any time a vehicle arrives to the lot (taxi, limo, shuttle, bus, etc.) the game crashes. Most recently, it has been the orange shuttle from the Superstar expansion.

I remember when I played back in the 2000s, I had all the expansions. When superstar came out, the game became so buggy that I had to uninstall it. I only ever recall having major issues with that one game way back when, so I'm curious if that is what is causing issues now, but that wouldn't track because it happens with other vehicles, too.

Hopeful this can get resolved!
