Blayer98 This may be related to the issue where Sims' character files do not get reverted if you quit without saving after aging up; looks like this extends to newly created character files as well.

Aside from babies, any new character file will not get deleted when quitting without saving; instead, the next time the game loads it will add them to the neighborhood as a blank Sim with no stats. Such Sims are hidden from normal gameplay, you will never see them in the game without cheats, but they may still affect the neighborhood's integrity in long-term gameplay.
