Can't play on either The Sims 1 or 2

Question

Hello, This is Samuel I had gotten the Sims 1 and 2 bundle during the 25th Anniversary event, and there was an limited event where it was free to download, I currently have the 2 games on my system drive however I can't play on either of them since they're supposedly on another account than this one, which I've downloaded the bundle on this account. as of writing this thread, I'm looking at both The Sims and The Sims 2 game on my File Explorer tab, here's the image from down below. I look forward to getting help on getting this resolved in the future.

samuelrles786​ &nbsp;You've installed your games into a OneDrive folder, and OneDrive is trying to sync the games (and is getting stuck, from your screenshot).&nbsp; Uninstall the games and reinstall them to the default location instead:
C:\Program Files\EA Games
You may need to pause OneDrive syncing temporarily first.&nbsp; Right-click the cloud icon in the lower-right corner of the screen, or it may be hidden in the Tray (^ icon), and select Pause Syncing and then whatever amount of time you want.
