Can't Run TS2 UC because I don't have DirectX 9.0c-SOLVED

I keep getting an error that new laptop doesn't have DirectX 9.0c. The rest of the specs match/exceed what is required for the game. Anything I can do to help run the game? I have installed Graphics R...

Did you try the option, Run as administrator? Right click on the start up- desktop option- choose Run as administrator.
