Can't Run TS2 UC because I don't have DirectX 9.0c-SOLVED

I keep getting an error that new laptop doesn't have DirectX 9.0c. The rest of the specs match/exceed what is required for the game. Anything I can do to help run the game? I have installed Graphics R...

I don't know if it was an update because I just got this laptop shipped to me on Sept. 18. It came with Windows 10 already on it.
