Can't Run TS2 UC because I don't have DirectX 9.0c-SOLVED

I keep getting an error that new laptop doesn't have DirectX 9.0c. The rest of the specs match/exceed what is required for the game. Anything I can do to help run the game? I have installed Graphics R...

Have you tried running the game in windowed mode? I had the same issue with Direct X9, but still wanted to play until I could find a better solution.
