stefnv What error are you receiving, if any? Do you play the game on Steam or EA App?
When you try to open the game, does it immediately close or does it stop working at any specific point in the startup process?

If you go into the Sims 2 Legacy folder, then EP9, then TSBin, you will see an application- Sims2EP9. Make a copy of that onto your desktop, then double click it to launch. Does that work?
