Game crashes when attempting to select eye part in CAS

Every time I attempt to select the eye portion of the face in CAS where I would be able to change the eye color of my custom sim, the game crashes with an Application Error. I had default eye colors ...

    I know nothing about coding however i do know how to compare sooo imma be looking through your exception and comparing it to mine maybe i can figure it out from there or if you wouldnt mind listing the mods you have enabled maybe I can look at my mods list and compare it
