    Hi all,

    This issue was resolved in today's patch:

    • Sims can sometimes become stuck at the hotel when vacationing (“Too many iterations” error on the loading screen)

    If you're still experiencing this, please create a new thread so we can continue to investigate.

tayloris123456 NatMicdec Megantjuhh Unfortunately no matter how hard I try, I cannot get the infinite loading screen; I've sent my Sims on the lots mentioned in this thread and had them travel all across the vacation neighborhood but they always successfully return home.

    I've noticed some people have the issue and others don't, I think for me its my file because I sent a newly created sim on vacation and it worked perfectly. I just don't want to have to delete my main family because the file is corrupted.

      tayloris123456 There are tutorials on sites like Mod the Sims on how to extract existing Sims so you can remake them; they only apply to extracting appearances, but other stuff can be cheated (careers, relationships, etc.). If everything fails you can use that to rescue your Sims. Keep in mind that they require use of third-party tools not made by EA.

      If you don't mind, are you okay with uploading the affected neighborhood for me to check out? I'd like to see if I can reproduce the infinite loading screen in my game since I haven't been able to do so in my neighborhoods with my Sims. You can upload it to Google Drive or some other file sharing service and send me the link in a private message.
