Sims 2 Re-release won't launch. Not compatible with 64 bit?
When I try to launch I just get this error message:
How do I fix this?
I have somehow fixed it.
i saw a TikTok and followed these steps:
- right clicked the shortcut
- properties
- run in compatabikity
- windows xp version 3
- run as administrator
- apply
- launch the game
- click yes to the pop up of allow the game to make changes.
(I also have it set to run in windowed mode)
I then launched it and it didn’t initially work initially. But as I bought it from epic I clicked the app in there which was asking me to “install” but suddenly my it launched the game.
