[SOLVED] DirectX 9 error when launching The Sims 2 Legacy Collection
I just purchased Sims 2 + Legacy on the EA app and when I went to run it I got the following error message:
Does anyone know what it means and how to fixt it?

WitchElestren spikeyh Uncookedfern DarkLady2788 Geochan92 Please try forcing the game to run in windowed mode. For EA App installs, open the App game library, click the three dots in the upper-right corner of the Sims 2 Legacy icon, select View properties, and add -w to the command line box. For Steam, add -w under Sims 2 > Properties > General > Launch Options.
EndlessSims3 You can't get this new release for free no matter what else you own, sorry.
