Jakub_Svatuska_ EA has not announced anything about a Mac release of The Sims 1 and 2, they are only available on Windows. Hopefully one day it becomes available on Mac as well.
If you want to play these on an Apple Silicon Mac, you could try Parallels, but keep in mind that it is not officially supported, so they may have issues. I believe Parallels has a free trial available, so if you have time and patience, you can give it a try.
On an Intel Mac you can try using Bootcamp, which will let you run Windows side by side with macOS.
Alternatively, The Sims 2 Super Collection is available on Mac App Store; I've only tested it for a short time, but it seems stable enough on a newer Mac, though it is missing some packs.
