Have you tried checking your screen resolution in the Display settings of your computer? On windows you just have to go to Display from Settings - System - Display. Then you can see what your display resolution is and even change it. No idea how it works on MacOS, if you're using that. But yeah just check your operative system's display settings and you will be able to check it there.
No luck with the PC system settings
Is there any display setting commands in the launch option for the game?
