Unable to play Sims2 game
I recently purchased a new pc and downloaded the EA app to play my games. Mind you I tried previously to get help through the EA chat and its just not helping they way I was hoping for a resolution. At the moment it is this error I'm getting when I attempt to open up the game. States the following.
The Sims tm 2 Mansion and Garden Stuff
Failed to find any DirectX 9.0 compatible graphics adapters in this system! please make sure you have a DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics adapter and have installed the lates drivers provided by the manufacturer. The application will now terminate.
Like I stated before, the agent was not much help with this and stated for me to post this. I'm not sure if this particular issue is happening to other players. Please help, I really want to be able to play my old games. My last computer is considered obsolete.
