♥♥ ~ SANDRAELLE'S SHOWCASE ~ ♥♥ New Build: Fallen Acres
Welcome to my Showcase Thread, and thanks for visiting!
A little bit about me: I'm not really a game player but I do LOVE to build and have been creating since Sims 2 came out. I mostly built for myself (back in the day), then started joining building contests and challenges in the old Sims 3 community forums, which then led to me becoming a member of the DNA request team and started creating for others for six years. I have been participating in several world collaborations most recently and it's been a lot of fun. I've learned a lot about building in these past 10-12 years and have improved quite a bit since those early days. I'm a stickler for details and aim for realistic interiors in my creations. Most of my builds contain store content, but are CC free and I always upgrade all the plumping/electronics.
ORIENT EXPRESS WORLD COLLABORATION BUILDS ~Jan 2020 - Apr 2021 and Spring 2024
A custom world and community building project hosted by soocoolsim, featuring the Orient Express trains with destinations to London, Paris, Venice and the Alpine area. Each city includes a mix of residential and community lots reflecting popular landmarks and architecture for that city. World built by Jessabeans and edited/modified by KarilynMonroe2. This post features all the builds that I contributed to this project. 😄
***Builds are listed in descending chronological order.***
Georgian styled townhomes (shell built by Jessabeans) with 4 separate flats along the River Thames. One flat is fully furnished as a family home with 4 floors, a basement and a backyard. It includes a home gym, laundry, a children's playroom, an art studio and more. The rest are NPC homes.
Architecture was inspired by the real Blackfriars bar in London. You'll find two large bars with plenty of seating, a jukebox, arcade games and restrooms on the main floor. Upstairs is a gameroom with a self-serve bar, billiards, darts, more arcade games, foosball, a bubble machine, and karaoke machine.
Small park built for the London section. Features a children's playground, bbqs, picnic tables, soccer goal, horseshoes, portable nubb set, art easels, chess and restrooms (plumbing upgraded).
A place to shop in Paris for all your grocery needs, including fresh produce and fresh food to grab while you're shopping. A grocery rabbit hole is located in the basement, a break room and an office for the staff upstairs and a quaint cafe next door. Includes public restrooms. Jessabeans built the shell and I did the interiors and outdoor area.
Paris Riverside Riverside Apartments, (Feb 2020) / DOWNLOAD / PICTURES
Base shell was created by Jessabeans, and I designed and decorated the interiors of this luxury 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment on 2nd floor created for the Paris section. Street level has a dress shop, bathroom, an internet cafe, a residential entrance with a small gym, bike storage and a laundry room. 4 unfurnished NPC apartments are on the 3rd and 4th floors.
British Pullman - Gwen Restaurant Car (Jan 2020) / DOWNLOAD / PICTURES
My version of the real life hotel in Venice. It served as homes to prominent Venetians in the 14th century before being converted to a luxury hotel in 1822. It's decorated in gothic Venetian decor and features a lavish hotel lobby, a tea room, a wedding venue, a games room, a restaurant, a spa, a library, a basement pool and gym, resort tower and 10 VIP guest rooms. I started this back in 2020 and just got around to finishing it up in 2024. It took a lot of research about this style and finding the inspiration photos to design the interiors from. You'll see the inspiration photos that I based this on in my photo album.
Venice Cruise Ship terminal with a cruise ship, which is minimally furnished with a few activities for sims (golf range, pool, bar, lounging area, a cafe, public restrooms and a furnished stateroom). The terminal/dock has a check-in area and upstairs waiting area, and next door is a cafe and public restrooms.
Sulla Luna Libreria e Bistrot (Jun 2024) / DOWNLOAD
An EA rabbithole with some outdoor dining space and landscaping.
Italian styled family home with canal views built for the Venice area. Consists of 3 bedrooms (master, nursery and guest room), study, eat-in kitchen, formal living room, formal dining room, a basement with game room, tv area, gym, nectary, a courtyard pool and multiple balconies and patios.
Stazione di Venezia (Venice Train Station) (Feb 2020) / DOWNLOAD / PICTURES
The Venice Train Station is a port lot that's modeled after the real life modern styled version.
The lower level features the ticket machines, a services office (computers are not accessible and are just for show), retail shops (bookstore and gift shop with registers), a cafeteria offering several dining options (including buffet table, food register, croissant bar and bakery items), a pizza shop with food register (along with self serve snacks and snow cones), locker storage, a seating area by the ticket gates, vending machines, photo booth and restrooms. On the dock side there's an outdoor eating area that overlooks the canals.
On the upper level is a large eating area open to the below level, 2 lounges with computer stations (one with a bar and all-in-one restrooms and is accessed by interior stairs, and the other is accessed by an outside elevator that overlooks the trains). The ticket gates are color coded by ticket color.
Lot also has a subway and a houseboat (separate download for the houseboat).
I was going for more of a yacht style look with the open air seating on the main deck, so hope I pulled it off, haha. It has 3 decks -- the main deck has an outdoor seating area, with a bar and loungers and a skylight above. A small kitchen and dining area is enclosed and sits at the main entrance. A ladder from the kitchen leads up to the observation deck. Stairs on the main deck take you below deck where there's a cozy family room with tv, computer and bookcase, an all-in-one bath, laundry area, a small gym and a master bedroom with en-suite bath. All upgraded.
Benvenuto! Come dine with us for some pizza from our wood fired oven or some authentic Italian dishes from our Executive Chef's menu. Besides our indoor dining room, we also offer al fresco dining on our patio overlooking the canals in the Venice area. After your meal, head upstairs to our bar and game room for a bit of fun.
The Alpine Express train was more of a rural train, so I did an auto carrier where you could purchase cars (uses the savvy seller's rugs underneath the cars to make them purchasable). Shell by romagi1 and redesigned by me.
These are my personal builds and builds I created from DNA requests. All my creations are custom content free, play-tested and everything is usually upgraded.

My version of a Barbie Glam House, with lots of pinks and lots of glam! With so much hype about Barbie these days, how could I not build a Barbie house in Sims 3? lol
This house has everything a girlie girl could dream of. Inside you’ll find a glamorous living room with fireplace that’s open to the kitchen, a formal dining room, a butler’s pantry separating the kitchen and dining room, a separate walk-in pantry, a breakfast nook, a primary suite with large bathroom with access to outside, a walk-in closet, an office, a home theatre, a home gym with attached bathroom, two powder rooms, a laundry room, a garage with access to an art studio, two guest bedrooms with private baths, and a game room with access to an outdoor balcony. Outdoors there’s loads of fun to be had with a large pool with waterfall and slide, a pool bath, outdoor dining with grill, a bar, a dance floor, a hot tub, a garden and outdoor fountains. Built in Barnacle Bay.
This home features charming Victorian interiors and is built and decorated in shades of blues. It has bay windows in the living room and dining room and an octagonal tower on the 2nd floor. The large reception hall contains the staircase and a cased archway leading to the parlor room and a door into the quaint kitchen with a screen door accessing the backyard. Off the living room is another cased archway going into the spacious dining room. The upstairs landing leads to 3 bedrooms (master, child's room and a nursery) and a large bathroom. Backyard features shade trees, a bbq, patio set, loungers and a play area for the kids.
This home was requested and created for @texansky, who took part in the Disney Magic Kingdom trivia challenge.
This cozy beach bungalow is perfect for that beach getaway or for a small family to reside in all year round. There's a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen on one side and two bedrooms and a bathroom on the other side. Decorated in beach decor and soothing coastal colors. BBQ and dine on the outdoor deck, take a dip in the hot tub, or relax in the loungers overlooking the beautiful beach scenery. There's also a water slide for the kids and a fire pit in the side yard. Built in Sunlit Tides.
This build was requested and created for @LMC6255, who took part in the Disney Magic Kingdom trivia challenge.
This family home was built with a modern Mediterranean vibe to it and set in the tropical Sunlit Tides with a seaside view. This was a personal build I started awhile ago and worked on in between my Magic Kingdom builds.
4 bedrooms (master, nursery and two kids' bedrooms) * 3-1/2 baths (one a powder room that has access to the pool)
Great Room that's open to the Kitchen and Dining Room * Family Room
2-car garage, a pantry and a spacious laundry room * Outdoor built-in BBQ and pizza oven
Pool, hot tub and kids' play area * Large patio spaces and an upper balcony
This was a DNA request for StephSteb to build a coastal home with minimal landscaping. It consists of 3 levels of living -- Main floor (2nd level) features an open concept layout of dining/kitchen/family room, plus a nectar room behind the kitchen, master suite (with access to an enclosed porch), nursery/kids' room, bathroom and a laundry room. Upstairs, the 3rd level is open to the below family room and has 2 spacious adult bedrooms, a bathroom, a music room and a study. On the ground floor is a 3-car garage, an art room, a gym, a powder room and an alchemy room. Outside there is a large covered patio on the ground floor, plus 2 covered decks on each level. You can party on the ground level consisting of a bar, a stereo, ping pong table, picnic table, hanging chair, and loungers. A bbq and alfresco dining is conveniently located on the deck off the kitchen/family room and the top deck has seating and a chess table. The backyard also has a fire pit and a garden with the swift gro gardening station. This was built in Sunset Valley, but it will look good in other worlds as well, e.g., Barnacle Bay and Island Paradise.
This was a DNA request for Bzaar for a large one-story traditional home with pastel interiors. It features 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with very spacious rooms. They include an ensuite master, formal living room with fireplace, formal dining room, an open concept kitchen/family room/breakfast nook, a laundry room and a large (mostly unfurnished) study/activity room with space for skill items as needed. Outside is a very nice size pool with waterfall and slide, a pool deck, large porches, a play area for the kids, a garden and a 2-horse stall barn. Built for Hidden Springs.
This was a DNA request for xnicholas12 to build an apartment complex for his fresh out of college female sim. A 3rd floor apartment was furnished and decorated and can easily be changed to your sim's own decor; the other 11 apartments are marked for NPCs. Your sim will enjoy the fact that they'll have an extra bedroom for an office (or can be converted to another bedroom), a covered balcony and their own washer and dryer in unit. Other amenities include a centrally located pool, hot tub, BBQ's, pool bathrooms with shower, a full gym in the basement, parking and bike racks. Built in Sunset Valley.
Neighborhood Furniture and Bakery (Jun 2021) / DOWNLOAD / PICTURES
This build was a DNA request for LiaNicole1, who requested a combination art deco styled Furniture/Bakery Store for Roaring Heights.
You're greeted through the main doors to a spacious lobby with a fountain and elevators. The left side of the lobby is the entrance to the bakery with a kitchen, an office and a set of bathrooms. The right side of the lobby is the entrance to the furniture store with spiral stairs to the other levels. The bottom floor consists of the reception area and a set of bathrooms.
Floor 2: 7 dining room sets, 4 outdoor furniture sets and 6 living room sets
This was a DNA request for xnicholas12 for a traditional family home for EA's pre-made Bunch Family. There are four children (two boys and two girls) and the requester wanted Mrs. Bunch to have another baby, so there is also a nursery. The main floor is pretty open and done in neutral colors with a formal dining room, living room with fireplace, and a family room off of the open concept kitchen. Upstairs is a game room along with the two boys' bedrooms. Outdoors is a pool with slide, a slip n slide, a covered hot tub with an outdoor fireplace, an outdoor kitchen, a children's play area and a koi pond with a bridge leading to a trampoline. Built for Sunset Valley.
This lot was created as a DNA request for LOULIGHTFOOT1976.
It's a beachside park that has plenty to do for all ages. Even though this park was created for Roaring Heights and has an art deco theme, it will fit in other worlds as well - Sunlit Tides, Isla Paradiso, Sunset Valley, etc. [NOTE: For those that place this in Roaring Heights - subway stops will need to be added to the world since there are none of those in that world.]
The main feature of the park are the two roller coasters. The main one twists around the whole park with lots of loops and drops, and a smaller one just for the kiddies is located near the beach side.
Other fun things to do include a carousel, a children's playground, chess, horseshoes, hotdog eating contests, a firewalk, a game room and a bronco ride. When you get hungry we have food stands, snack carts, vending machines, and a restaurant (with indoor and outdoor eating space). There are also two BBQ's with picnic tables if you want to make your own food.
Don't forget to visit the face painting booth, the kissing booths and our two photo booths before you leave.
For your convenience, there are public restrooms located in the central part of the park, a subway near the roadside and access out to the beach. Along the beach there are lounge chairs with umbrellas, a fire pit and a children's slip and slide.
This was a DNA request for LiaNicole1, who wanted a live venue/casino/recreational center all on one lot. It was a collaboration build with soocoolsim , who created the fabulous building shell and landscaped the lot (check out the cool sign she made out front), I decorated all of the interior spaces.
La Paloma Blanca means "The White Dove", hence the doves you see on the sign, lol. The interior spaces are luxurious and glamorous with a purple theme (based on her inspiration photos), while the rec center is more modern.
The main floor consists of an entrance lobby with fountain, a music stage with seating, a bar with professional bar and bubble bars, a dance club with DJ and stereo. The casino takes up the whole 2nd floor and features slot machines, blackjack, roulette and poker tables and a professional bar. Downstairs in the basement is a full rec center with plenty of things to do: bowling, a basketball court, rock climbing walls, a pool, skee ball, basketball free throw machines, arcade games, ping pong, shuffleboard and soccer nets. There are restrooms on every floor and there are showers in the rec center bathrooms. Per her request, there is a parking lot in the back and separate entrances that lead down to the rec center. Built for Riverview.
Las Colinas (Sep 2020) / DOWNLOAD / PICTURES
This was a DNA request for justbrice for a home for his male sim and his potential roommates based on a real life home that he provided (see the below spoiler). He requested for the entire home (including all the bedrooms) to be furnished with whites, grays and dark woods throughout. The bedrooms can easily be converted to some kids' bedrooms if needed.
The house is 2-story with an entrance courtyard, a 2-car garage and a 1-bay garage that is being used as a gym. It has a 2-story tall living room with fireplace, a formal dining room, large kitchen with an eat-in area, a lounge room with a bar and fireplace, an art studio, an office with fireplace, a game room and 6 bedrooms and 4-1/2 bathrooms. Outdoors is a BBQ with seating, a pool with hot tub, a fire pit and a golf range. Built in Lucky Palms.
[Note: if downloading this house, please remove the shelf above the doorway on one of the front entrances. Found out later that the shelf prevents sims from using the door. Thank you.]
These are my personal builds and builds I created from DNA requests. All my creations are custom content free, play-tested and everything is usually upgraded.

This was a collaboration build between myself and soocoolsim as a DNA request for blair2396 for a 100 baby challenge. She requested a modern styled castle with some Disney themed touches and lots of activities. soocoolsim created the shell (inspired from a real floor plan), the landscaping and took all the pictures. I did all the decorating of the interiors and the porches. Main areas are decorated with mostly neutral color palettes with fancy furnishings.
It includes 5.5 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms plus a large nursery. Features include open concept living & dining, large kitchen w/breakfast room, tea room, study, gym, library, "Cars" and "Princess" themed bedrooms, "Alice in Wonderland" themed kids playroom, "The Little Mermaid” themed nursery, castle themed game rooms and more. Outdoors includes a "Mermaid Lagoon" pool, hot tub loggia, BBQ patio, firepit, greenhouse, kids playground and garden nook.
I was watching the show "Windy City Rehab? one day on the HGTV network as I've always liked Allison Victoria's renovations. She always buys old historic houses and renovates them so beautifully. They posted the address for this house on the show, so I looked it up on Zillow and thought, maybe I'll build it, lol. So this is my version (slightly wider than the original home, on a bigger lot and dressed up with some landscaping). This is a family home with a master ensuite and 2 kids' bedrooms and a play area out back. The real house had a detached garage in the back, but I opted for parking along the side. I mixed the old with the new, by using the ornate fireplace and accenting it with columns, using the walls with the crown molding and using the old style entry door and then adding in contemporary decor. Her designs are always on the luxurious side, so I tried to emulate her style. Everything is upgraded as usual. Hope you like. Built in HIdden Springs.
This was another DNA request for StephSteb. She left the style of the home up to me (as long as it wasn't Victorian or Modern), so I decided to go with a rustic mountain style. This family home has 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths (master, butler's bedroom, guest bedroom and a shared nursery kids' bedroom), a 2-story tall living room with a fireplace that's open to the kitchen area and features a loft area that has a view of the living room below.
There's also many other amenities - an art studio, a music room with a party area complete with a bar, dance floor and special lighting, a small basement area with a nectary and an alchemy room, a laundry room and a garage. The butler's bedroom has it's own bath and is tucked away in the back corner of the house, away from the family area. It's decorated in a neutral color scheme in the main spaces, with rooms in some of my requester's favorite color combos - blue and brown and teal and orange. No pool on this lot, as my requester only wanted a yard with a playground and a garden. There's a spacious covered patio off the living room with a BBQ and seating. Built in HIdden Springs.
This was a DNA request from KatNip for a Moonlight Falls family home with specific ideas for the kids' bedrooms. It was creator's choice, so I settled on a craftsman styled home. It features 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths with the living room, dining room, kitchen, master, laundry, powder room, and sun room on the main level. Upstairs are two bedrooms (one for a girl and one for a boy), a study and a space for the parents to share who are into art and music. The basement level consists of a grunge style teen girl bedroom and a parents lounge area with a bar, bubble bar and tv area. The requester wanted it to have a lived-in look so tried to add lots of clutter. They also requested for the backyard to just have space so that they could add in their own items as needed. The back does have a covered porch with a bqq and a patio area with seating and a hot tub. Everything is upgraded as usual.
This was a DNA request for justbrice for a home for his male sim and his potential roommates based on a real life home that he provided.
[Note: if you download this, please remove the shelf above one of the outside doors in the front, as it prevents sims from using that door.)
This was a DNA request from rottingfruit to build a Queenslander style house, traditionally found in Queensland, Australia, and for it to fit in with the early 1900's era for their story line. The home is decorated in all pastels, per the request, with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The two main bedrooms are in the front on either side of the entrance hall, with the little girl's bedroom off the living room/dining area. The kitchen and bathroom are detached from the house and can be accessed via the veranda (per the provided floor plan). Not too much outdoors, besides a work shed and a garden. Built in Starlight Shores.
This was another DNA request from Kylieb191 for a cottage build for Starlight Shores. It has 4 beds, 3-1/2 baths, open concept living/dining/kitchen area. The master, the nursery and boy's bedroom are located on the main floor, while the girl's bedroom is upstairs with a separate bath and attached balcony. For the most part, I followed the style and floor plan layout that my requester provided, with the exception of adding in a basement accessed through the garage that contains a game room, gym and a powder room. In the backyard is a lovely pool area with covered hot tub, a nice sized deck with an outdoor kitchen and seating, a fire pit, a greenhouse plus additional garden space. FYI: On the back deck, there is some seating along the railing, those are usable as they have the "poufseat" from the store hidden inside the coffee tables.
This was a DNA request from Trashbinsouvenir for an authentic styled luxury vacation home for Al Simhara. It has loads of stuff to do so a vacationing family will never be bored. In fact so many rooms and places in this house to list, but I'm going to list them anyways.
Main floor: living room with fireplace that looks out to the courtyard, a dining room, large kitchen, a family room, a gym with massage table, a sauna room with attached bath, a science lab room, a magic room, laundry room, powder room, 4 staircases, and a study done in traditional Japanese style to appease the requester's sim who is half Japanese.
Upstairs: 5 bedrooms - a master suite, a grandparents suite with private entrance, a girl's room, a boy's room, a guest room (with private bath and balcony) and a main bath. (On this level you can see down to the living area below from 3 different places.) There's also a game room, a kids' space, and a workshop with an attached balcony for doing art.
Basement: Nectary and a bowling alley with additional games and another 1/2 bath.
Outdoors: a garden, a pool with waterfall and slide, 2 covered hot tubs (one of them on a private upper balcony), an outdoor kitchen with pool bath, multiple sitting areas, and a small enclosed yard off the courtyard.
Playtested but nothing is upgraded in this home as the requester wanted her sim family to do it.
Star Mansion ~ a collaboration build with @romagi1 and @soocoolsim (Jun 2020)
This was a DNA request for PoshK1tty to build a house inspired by a real mansion that's in the Hidden Hills area of California, and is the home of a famous youtuber (Jeffree Star). It's a French Chateau Mansion with 8 bedrooms (including a nursery) and 10 baths, and it's HUGE!
@romagi1 built the house shell, I did all the decorating and @soocoolsim provided the landscaping. It's always fun to collaborate with these two!
This was a DNA request for becks1112 for a modern farmhouse. It consists of 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 bathrooms, a study, a loft family room, laundry room, mudroom, 2-car garage with workshop, large porches with hot tub, an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower and access to a pool bathroom, a large pool with pool bar, slide and water sprays, a children's play area, a fire pit and a greenhouse. There's also an empty basement area to furnish as you like for other activities. Built for Sunset Valley.
This build was a DNA request for a 100 baby challenge house for blair2396. It's a traditional home of brick and siding and has 6 bedrooms (including a nursery with attached playroom and 2 girl and 2 boy bedrooms), 4-1/2 bathrooms plus an all-in-one in the basement. On the first floor is a living room, large kitchen, formal dining room, butler's pantry, breakfast area, study center, mudroom, laundry room and a garage. There are several skill building rooms on the 2nd floor, including a science room, a gym, an art studio, and a music room. There's a 2nd floor balcony deck with a telescope and chess. In the basement is a game room, a bar, media room, bowling alley, dominoes and chess and a children's play area. Outdoors features a large porch with bbq and pizza oven and a large patio, a greenhouse, a pool, ice skating rink, basketball court in the driveway and a playground. Built in Appaloosa Plains.
This was a DNA request to create a fire station that was made to look like a former farmhouse, inspired by a real life farmhouse fire station from my requester, aaron0haaron.
The entry way serves as a reception area with a living room/visitor area off to the right. Through the double doors is the rest of the house. There is a large kitchen that's open to the day room with a fireplace, and a separate dining room that also serves as their conference room. A hallway off the day room leads to the 3 offices - one for the fire chief (with private bedroom and bath and porch access) and 2 other offices that each have a bed; there is also a full bath in this area. Off the kitchen is a laundry room and a breezeway leading to the gym. Upstairs is a large bunk room with 6 beds and a sitting/reading area with a few desks. The firefighters have their own large bathroom with private shower rooms for the men and women.
The garage is now a gym and the former barn houses the fire trucks and work area, a little locker room and 1/2 bath and upstairs is a loft for the firefighters to hang out in with a game room and another tv area. The backyard consists of lots of trees, porches, a pond and a gazebo with a firepit. Built for Riverview.
These are my personal builds and builds I created from DNA requests. All my creations are custom content free, play-tested and everything is usually upgraded.
***Builds are listed in descending chronological order***
After making my Candy Cane Cabin for the Build and Share challenge, it got me in the mood to build another Christmas themed house, so I present a cute little gumdrop themed cottage perfect for one or two sims. Has an open living area with private bedroom and separate bathroom. There's a porch in the back with more cooking options with a grill and a pizza oven. Built in Riverview.
Sparky, one of Nicholas' elves, was so excited to leave the dormitory where he shared space with all the other elves and move into his tiny log cabin. The tiny floor plan is suited just for him and is decorated in red, white and green and is already decorated for Christmas. The stepping stones lead to the front porch with a side entrance where you're greeted by a mistletoe and a Christmas wreath on the front door. It enters into a tiny open space with a full kitchen, a little living room for watching tv and reading, a stovepipe fireplace to cozy up to and a place to eat in front of the windows. To save on space, the bedroom has a tiny "all-in-one bathroom" and a convenient screen door to access the back porch. Since the interior space is so small, Sparky had to put the Christmas tree on the back porch, but he doesn't mind because Nicholas surprised him with a heat lamp as a housewarming present, so now he can sit and enjoy the tree no matter what the temp is. A ladder leads up to an upper deck with a telescope for better views; as you can see he's already been drawing on his easel. The backyard has a pond for him to enjoy, a BBQ and a horseshoe court.
This was built for the Build-N-Share Challenge #221, Nicholas' Tiny Problem, where we had to come up with a prototype for an individual elf home so that the elves no longer had to live in a dormitory. This was my first time entering and it was a fun little build to do.
Stonehurst Manor is a large legacy home with 9 bedrooms plus a guest house. It has 3 floors plus a basement with multiple fireplaces, patios and balconies, a beautiful pool, hot tub, game rooms/play rooms galore and much more. This was a collaboration build between romagi1 (shell build), Sandraelle (decorating), and soocoolsim (landscaping) and was built for xnicholas12 as a DNA request.
If you like gambling, you'll want to try your luck out at my newest establishment. You enter a 3-story atrium with a courtyard lobby with a restaurant, slots, card tables, game room, lounge, a cafe and even a rooftop deck. And you'll always be able to find an adult beverage at one of our many bars! Enjoy! Built in Lucky Palms.
This was a DNA request from Bluegayle for a Lucky Palms casino requesting a color scheme in blues.
Big Brother House ~ U.S. version (Oct 2019) / DOWNLOAD / PICTURES
This is my latest DNA request build, the Big Brother House - based on the reality TV show (which I have been a fan of ever since Season 1 . . . . and yeah I'm kind of ashamed to admit that, lol.) Built in Sunset Valley.
This was a DNA request from Simlena528, to recreate one of my original houses (Blue Me Away) into a much smaller version with no basement and on a much smaller lot. Download Blue Me Away here. Pictures for Blue Me Away here.
Come visit this park, where you'll find so many fun things to do you won't ever want to leave! Your sim will never run out of things to do at this park. Built in Isla Paradiso for Sparky1922 as a DNA request.
This was a DNA request for xnicholas12 to build the house that's featured on the "Keeping Up With The Kardashians" show. It features lots of trees and plants surrounding the property for added privacy and has 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, a large foyer, large kitchen, Kris Jenner's office, formal living room, formal dining room, family room, a pool house, pool and hot tub, outdoor bar and seating, laundry room and a 3-car garage with workout space, lots of parking areas and lots more. Built in Roaring Heights.
Carrousel de Cirque is a circus themed park with lots of fun for all ages. The park has 2 roller coasters -- "The Jubilee Coaster" that winds around the park and the "Wet and Wild Coaster" which is underground and passes through multiple water fountains and sprays, so be prepared to get wet on this one.
Other attractions and activities include a casino, a carousel, a hot air balloon ride, archery, bucking bronco, a children's play area, a photo booth, a face painting booth, whack machines, a Llama transport booth, a subway and multiple restrooms. When you get hungry we have a bakery, croissant bar, hot dog stand, snack stand, self serve ice cream and snow cones and popcorn, cotton candy and snow cone carts.
Underground is the 2nd roller coaster, "Wet and "Wild Coaster", and a sports and gaming area. You'll find bowling, an enclosed basketball court, billiards, Skee ball, basketball shooting machines, pinball and video and arcade games.
This was a DNA request for Vgrace573 and built in Sunset Valley.

Up the grand staircase you'll find wrap around hallways overlooking the grand staircase and ballroom below. On this floor is where the main bedrooms are: master bedroom with private bath, 2 guest bedrooms, a child's room, a bathroom and a sitting room with desk and chess that has access to the upper balcony. The inspiration for this modern ranch came from an HGTV show I was watching once. They were renovating a retro modern wood house and what drew me to this house was the interesting foyer of stone walls and a walkway/bridge over water features. The left side of the walkway takes you to the main living spaces (living room, kitchen/dining, 1/2 bath, laundry and family room) and to the right also leads into the other side of the living room and then a hallway where you'll find the 3 bedrooms and another bath. It features a dual purpose garage with a small workout area, a koi pond out front, a central courtyard that can be accessed from all sides of the house, a black bottom pool, a private patio with hot tub off the master, a convenient pool bath and a golf range. Built in Hidden Springs.
This was a DNA request from xnicholas12, to re-create @WrathofCath's Sims 4 Greystone Legacy Home (with her permission of course), into a Sims 3 version. It consists of 6 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom (including a master suite with a small attached nursery and a grandparents suite), an eat-in kitchen open to a vaulted family room, a play room, a formal LR/music room, formal DR, a study, a gym, multiple fireplaces, pool, gardens, play yard and much more. Built in Roaring Heights.
This home was a DNA request for TiaBadd, who requested to have the Vanderburg Palace lot replaced in Hidden Springs with another family home. I designed it with a modern farmhouse vibe in mind to fit in with the surrounding lake and mountains. It features a formal dining room and study off the foyer and 6 bedrooms and baths, plus a powder room. The back of the house boasts an open concept area with a living room, casual dining area and large kitchen. The butler's bedroom and bath is tucked away behind the kitchen. Also on the main floor is a home gym, a mud room and a pantry. All the family bedrooms are situated on the 2nd floor and the landing overlooks the below living room; a large laundry room is conveniently located on this level as well. The teen girl who is a singer has a girly bedroom with her own karaoke machine and her own bathroom attached; the boy teen has travel related decor since he likes to travel. A shared bath is attached and connected to the future gender neutral child's bedroom. The nursery is conveniently located next to the master suite. The master bath features a hot tub plus a separate tub and separate shower. Outdoors is another hottub, bbq and patio, a pool, a play area, a pond, a garden, a fire pit and it has beautiful views of the lake.
Twilight Modern is a large ultra modern villa created for a single female vampire who prefers the monotone darker colors, and likes to party and entertain, so the layout was designed with her specific needs and wants in mind. This was a DNA request for Audreyy and was built in Bridgeport.

It features cathedral ceilings in the formal living room, the formal dining room and the billiards room. It also has a separate family room off the spacious kitchen with an eat-in area, a pantry and a butler's pantry. There's a sunken study with stairs to upstairs library, another gym, media room, game room, dominoes/chess room, music lounge area, art studio, teen computer nook, multiple fireplaces, 2 garages, large mudroom/laundry, several powder rooms (including a pool bath), and a basement wine cellar. This was a DNA request for xnicholas12 and was inspired by a floor plan chosen by the requester. Built in Sunset Valley.

This was a DNA request for a_niles06 to build a house that would fit in with Dragon Valley, but yet she wanted modern amenities. I decided to go with a tudor revival style. It features 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, formal dining room, living room, kitchen with breakfast room, two fireplaces, a rec room, a children's playroom with reading loft, mudroom, laundry room, carport for two cars, large pool, covered porch, kids' play area, fire pit, and a small horse barn with one stall.
The Ruby Dream no longer sets sail but has become a luxury resort docked at the Old Pier Beach in Sunset Valley. If you're prone to seasickness but still want to experience all the amenities a cruise ship has to offer, then this is the place to visit. There's lots to do on board our 7 decks, including a dance club, a casino, a gym, a dining room, food stands, bars, 2 pools, a spa, hot tubs and much more.
This was a DNA request for Emily4331 who wanted a resort that looked like a cruise ship. Her favorite colors were red and gold so there is a lot of that in this build, lol. Built in Sunset Valley.
This was a DNA request for becks1112 to build a contemporary/traditional legacy home in her favorite colors of blues, teals, grays and whites.
It has 6 bedrooms, 4 full bathrooms (as well as 2 powder rooms) on 3 different levels with a wrap around porch. The main floor consists of a formal living room, formal dining room, open concept kitchen with large casual dining space that's open to the family room with fire place. Also on this floor is a mud room, powder room and an office/den. Upstairs is where all the bedrooms are: the master (with fireplace) and access to a balcony, the grandparents bedroom, teen girl bedroom, young girl bedroom, a boy bedroom and a nursery. The basement has a gym, hobby room, robot making room, the laundry and a large game room with pool table, darts, foosball, dominoes, arcade game, chess and lots of seating. Outdoors is a large back yard with a beautiful pool, a covered hot tub, children's play area, a BBQ, pizza oven, and bar on the porch, along with dining space and lounging space. There's also a small pond and a fire pit. Built in Riverview.

The basement contains the entertainment space with an indoor pool, art studio, billiards, game room, a theater, bar with a lounge & karaoke. Welcome to Meadow Glen Festival Grounds. This lot changes color schemes and seasonal activities with each season, so your sim won't get bored at this park with so many things to do all year round. There's even lots to keep them occupied on a Sunday when the festival leaves town, with art easels, soccer, horseshoes, chess, dominoes, trampoline, performance music stage, croissant bar, playground, picnic area, gnubb set, shuffleboard, game gazebo, photo booth, parking, bike racks and public restrooms. (This was the first time I built a festival grounds so it was quite the learning experience but it was a lot of fun too!) This was a DNA request for Simlena528 and was built in the custom world, Meadow Glen.
This enchanting chateau was designed for a queen and features 3 floors with 6 bedrooms, 6+ baths, a grand entrance hall, a ball room, a study, music room, throne room, billiards and much more. Decorated in a Balinese style, this modern home can be a vacation getaway or it's just the right size and has all the amenities for a single sim or young couple. After entering the gated entrance, you'll be greeted by fountains that lead up to the house. It's secluded and private and is open to the outside with easy access to the pool surrounded by a pond. The bedroom is accessed from the outside and has a sitting room and large bath. The tub and shower area has a glass ceiling and is enclosed in glass and looks out to a tropical garden area. There is another exit that leads out to the private hot tub. There is also a fenced in patio towards the front of the house, just off the main living area, surrounded by tropical plants. (This was a DNA request from larrylove12 and was built in Hidden Springs.)
I happen to watch a lot of HGTV (one of my guilty pleasures, lol), and as soon as I saw this home I wanted to build a Sims version of it, but hadn't gotten around to it. But recently I saw a friend of mine's Sims 4 version (@WrathofCath) which inspired me to finally build it.
This house has a lot of clutter!! In fact, some of it I would have never put together (like some color combinations/patterns, etc), or used certain decor items (like a skull above the master bed, or the weird texture on the fireplace), LOL. So I couldn't bring myself to put some of these items in the home, so I changed things in a few places, but tried to decorate it as closely as I could with what the game had to offer and it's limitations. One problem I ran into was that some of my rooms didn't seem to be as large as the real home so I felt like things got a little cramped (like I had no room to put in a treadmill in the master, and the chairs didn't fit in front of the bed so I had to put them in front of the window instead). Also, I probably should have put it on a bigger lot as there wasn't as much yard space either. Oh well.
It has an open concept on the main floor with patio doors going out to an enclosed screened porch, with an additional dining area and more seating. The master suite, laundry room, powder room and mud room are also on this floor. Upstairs is a "flex" space with a reading area and desk, along with a teen bedroom and a guest bedroom, both of which have an attached bath. Built in Hidden Springs.
Here's a link to the actual smart home which was built somewhere in North Carolina, if you want to take a look. (I also included some pictures of the real house in my picture album, for comparison.)

INSPIRATION FOR THIS HOUSE WAS DESIGNED BASED ON THE BELOW FLOOR PLAN.
This DNA request build was a first for me and quite the challenge to make these two styles into one house. The request from Moinesse was to build a house for a couple who couldn't agree on the color nor the architectural style of house they'd move into. One wanted a black gothic house and the other wanted a white modern home. So the request was to build half the house in each style, even the grass, fencing and outdoor furnishings were to reflect either the black side or the white side. Built in Roaring Heights.
Soooo......I was roaming around in Sunset Valley looking for a blank lot and happened to open the Shearwater lot and thought to myself....hmmm, this house needs a makeover with a different style. So that's what I did. It's now a sleek and modern house done in blacks and whites. (Oh, I also decided to not use any Store items, boy was that hard, lol.)
The footprint is the same, however I expanded the second floor side walls and reconfigured both upper and lower floor plan layouts. There's now a fireplace in LR and a half bath on the main floor and the kitchen was relocated (the former kitchen had a funky looking layout, ugh!). Upstairs has an extra bedroom and bath plus a bonus area with a desk and treadmill.
The original lot only had a parking space, so I added a 2-car garage on the other side of the lot and put in a pool down below underneath the decking with stairs accessing the lower lot. There's also some lounge chairs and a ping pong table near the pool so sims can now enjoy more of this lot.
This was a DNA request for Heledriel to build an Arabic fantasy home for her witch sim and teen children. It was quite the fun house to create with all the colors and tiled area. This 2-story 3 bed, 2-1/2 bath Moroccan themed home is built in the "riad" style (meaning an open courtyard) featuring lots of colors, tiles and patterns throughout that are typical of Arabic decor. All the rooms are accessed through the 2-level courtyard that's open to the roof. Outdoors there are several patios, a garden, pond and hot tub.
Additional info: The purple and gold magic room on the first floor was meant to have the store items -- book o' spells, magic cauldron and the soothsayer's crystal ball. However, I did not own these items (at the time) so I placed other objects of equal size to be replaced with those magic items. Also, I placed a few Savvy Seller's rugs in the home, mainly because I was wanting a different rug look and they recolor nicely, but sims may want to do some "browsing" so those can easily be replaced with regular rugs. Built in Starlight Shores.
Unfortunately, my studio became full and had exceeded the quota limit, so had to start deleting some of my studio items - this is one of them. :(
This home is from the first contest I entered and the challenge was to build a one-story home (can’t remember what the other criteria was). It’s a 3 BR/2BA log home accented in stone, with a 2 car garage, guest house and a large backyard for entertaining.

This family home has 4 BD+4-1/2 BA, and features an office, game room, media room, mudroom, laundry room and a basement gym below the garage that includes a spa tub and separate bath. The master suite has his and her baths and walk-in closets. The backyard has lush landscaping with a fountain pool, built-in BBQ, a tree house, play area and a fire pit with built-in seating.
