Looks like a fairly ambitious project... B)

What's the indigenous flora, to add continuity to design?
Please include specific types of trees, palms and shrubs.
Mostly in regards to the Bay Lake Area.

Also ... What about the dive lots?
I think they are going to have to be built in-world.
