My story has nothing to do with "A Christmas story movie" So I don't know what references you are talking about. I'm writing a story for Christmas, and it takes place in 1950. Just looking for a 1950's style house, like in leave it to beaver, andy griffith, brady bunch etc.

Here is a link that may be helpful in choosing a 50's style. I'm sure many builders would be happy to build a custom home for your story if you can be more specific on what you'll need, like how many beds/baths, boys girls etc.
