It's CC-free and currently set as a community lot, but it should be able to switch to residential without losing any items.
I thought I'd share it at this stage because I'm going to make at least two lots using this same portal top and I thought others would have fun making basement lots, too. I'm going to make an Irish pub underground first, I think. It's not going to be super futuristic - I'm going more for a lot that matches the "Memories of..." bubble parks, except with memories of Ireland.
The front of the lot. There's no landscaping, since I built this in Hidden Springs and I wasn't sure what would fit in with LL the best. For the front door, I used the fog emitter with code "ep2timemachinefx", just in case that doesn't transfer.
The back of the "portal."
Inside the portal I have two elevators, recolored to match the Futureshock stuff. NOT placed with MOO, so there shouldn't be problems with escaping the lot at closing time.
And the basement. It's bare and waiting for stuff to be built in it!
