Elias is definitely a criminal and yep, loved setting the fires. He wasn't a killer though and instead of running away from the fire, he tried to save them. He does feel guilty and will do what he can to help Daniel and Daisy get justice. I'm glad you felt a little pity for him.
Yikes! That would be an wicked twist. LOL, I have a few alternate endings written for this story depending on how things go as it progresses. :wink: I will add that one to the list and give you full credit if I use it. :LOL: I expect a few readers would be very mad if I did that one.
