Well, I have just finished my first real TS3 creation. It is a villa called Lizzano and I've built it specifically to fit in with Monte Vista. This is only the first edition of this build; I intend to complete the landscaping and furnish it throughout in the near future, but for now I thought I would share what I have so far; a beautiful building truly fit for Mont Vista. The screens, and download link are below. Please note, I have used no custom content in this creation (I only touch EA items) and it requires only TS3 base game and Monte Vista.

Hope you all enjoy it! And please remember, this is my first released build, it's not landscaped and it's not furnished, and there's probably bits that would be better were they built by someone with more experience. But hey, everyone's gotta start somewhere, right? :)
