The apartment available is on the 3rd floor and set over three floors. It has a nice sized kitchen and dining area, lounge, balcony, study/art room, 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an empty attic area which could fit another bedroom and ensuite, or a hobby room. There are laundry facilities and a small gym in the basement, as well as a hot tub, small garden and bike shed. I think it's a bargain for around $53k. OOPs, forgot to put the address on it - 536 Rue Bartholdi.

Neystadt Apartments is lovely! 🙂The exterior design and dormers are great! The hot tub patio and garden beds are very nice. The interior layout of the levels is great. The furnishing is lovely. The white, black, blue and brown colours are very nice, and great wall tiling in the kitchen.

Strasbourg is a mix of old and new so it’s great to see a more modern building whatsociallife . So impressive on the exterior and nicely laid out and decorated inside! The kitchen - dining is so striking and great use of the wraparound seating in the foyer. Love the orange and multicoloured tiled combo in the main bathroom. Links added to the News and Map D listings. Well done! 🤩

Thank you. I'm really enjoying the roofing practice and the layers of dormers. The newer German buildings are quite impressive but still follow that theme with the tall roofs and dormers. That build was basically 2 real life buildings in one. I picked out the best features of each 😁

I've finally had a chance to check out your Neustadt Apartments whatsociallife and I must say I'm quite impressed 😍. The more modern look is great for Strasbourg, all those dormers look fab and the choice of interior decocation is lovely especially the kitchen/dining area. Definitely a steal at $53k 😁

whatsociallife , I really like the looks of the exterior on your Neustadt Apartments - great architectural features. And the section that has the arched look in the upper middle area turned out good. I like the way the flooring came out on your main floor; I'm always hesitant to use that store flooring from Midnight Hollow not knowing what it would get replaced with if someone didn't own it, lol. And lovely how you created the shelving area that flanks the fireplace in the living room. Nicely laid out and decorated too. Very nice apartment!

I've just checked out the Frugal Fondue hut. I never use that sofa, it's so ugly. You've made me change my mind! It looks gorgeous with the colour scheme. I'm amazed that you built all that for 20k. Wow!
