Here's my lot for "B24 / 40x20 / Community (Consignment + Elixir Store) / 106 Rue Turenne"
It's called The Verdant Triangle. It has passage on ground floor, which divides it for consignment and elixir parts. More pictures in tumblr post. It's on the exchange as simpack, and on google drive as package, if someone prefers to install things that way.
The lot that I couldn't upload and weighed above 40 mb was called The Wheel of Nature, you can check how it looked in another post here.
The Verdant Triangle is a lovely consignment and elixir store! 🙂The exterior design is great and very nice angled entrance. The flowerbeds are pretty. The interior furnishing of both levels is lovely! It looks very nice the way you have divided off the consignment and elixir stores areas using the diagonal wall. Sims will enjoy using the skill building items on the upper level.
Chojrak75321 The Verdant Triangle is a very unique and great looking consignment/elixir store. The shape of the building is very interesting (and appropriate name for the lot as well 🙂). I like that you also created similar triangular shapes in the gray flagstone and the planter area out front. Great colors and architecture and fits in great with this world. The way you recolored one of your wallpapers on the exterior, I had to look up that wall paneling wallpaper as I didn't recognize that it came with Pets, lol. And the way you did your recolors on the wallpaper in the elixir portion of the store really threw me, as you really made it look different with the coloring. lol. Great job!!
Your "evil twin" building, The Wheel of Nature, is also an equally great lot. Great idea to use the roller coaster supports as trellis'. 🙂
The Verdant Triangle is as cool looking as its name Chojrak75321 ! I love the architectural touches including the shape, roofing and pattern detailing under the eaves. Nicely laid out inside for sims to browse and purchase items and the lush landscaping enhances the exterior. Links added to the News and Map B listings. Lol re the evil twin. Kudos for persevering to rebuild. Well done! 🤩
