and I love being part of the creative project so happy you let me, it makes me feel like we getting ready to christmas, or like when I got a gift card on a shoping day with my mom... I sort of know whats going to happen/what I get... but not 100% = I get the happy vaiting and the surprice.
@anettesb , do you still need... 2) simfu acadamy for the university town and/or 4) simfu acadamy for Hidden Springs?
If yes, do you want them with an Asian exterior or just the inside?
Which build would you prefer I work on first... university or Hidden Springs?
Yes still need both, in HS i think more moderen out side, as it be in the business area, but the uni could be more of a chinees garden + house. Need season prof.

rember that townies hardly ever use the board breaker
if for HS the garden is no more a need... could be want, Kois are needed - but that could be 1 of the big aquariums
tha main gaol for both lots is to have townie sims learn simfu, they mainly do that if it is the school for it and there is no distractions. It will also be a nice place to go to train sparing for sims that want that.
