The Royal Kingdom Challenge

Okay, so I'm about halfway through creating all my characters (though I think I have nearly twice as many families as you) to populate, though I don't want to have to play them all. I've read your tips and tricks (they were helpful :) ) though I'm still confused on how you manage time. It would almost be easier if I could somehow revert to TS2 aging and just take the time to play all my families. I'm very picky and I'm worried that while I'm away my noble children will marry peasants if I leave SP on, but with it off and Aging on they could get old while I'm away playing all my other families and not have children :( So I was wondering how you manage yours? I'd love to write about it, but I haven't started yet as I don't want to get attached and then not be able to do it the way I like. Thanks for reading my long post :)
