@Originalmara It's fun. But take it from me, your sims dropping queued up actions(the forgetting what they're doing thing) is part of the sickness and don't waste two hours trying to fix your game XD.
@KevinL5275 If I recall correctly, Immune boosters are what you need if your sim is already sick. It doesn't instantly cure your sim of the illness but helps them get better faster. An inoculation can be used to protect your sim from getting infected for a time until the illness mutates into enough new strains to get around the inoculation. Inoculations might also help you get better? I'm not sure.
