Blue snow? Is This Normal in Moonlight Falls?

Is this normal, and if not how can I fix it?
The snow outside is blue and there's weird green patches on the wooden floors, which is not built on ground level, it is on foundations.
Edit: I think I've determined the green patches is lighting problems because as the day went on it disappeared.
