Thanks.
Over the next day or two I will go through these 3 lots and the associated stories and I'll post my 'review'.
First I will refer you to the 2nd post on this thread. You will find wonderful programs there that can help you with changing your cover picture. Please feel free to read as much of this thread as you can. There are many learning opportunities through out the whole thread.
As always have fun!

Hi LiLSapphire,
I've had a look through your 3 lots. This is what I have found. For all, the architecture and interior is very well done. The landscaping is nicely done with good placement of garbage can and mail box. They all have good lighting both interior and exterior. As my Sim did the walk through he got the 'decorated' to 'beautifully decorated' moodlets. All three beg for a large family.
Sims Delight
I love the use of MOO on the fence with columns. There was bad food in the fridge. I've found that food doesn't travel well in the exchange. This lot is functional and playable.
Bervon Modern
Interesting use of the MOO placement of the windows as an enclosure in the front of the house. There was an 'Unfinished room' moodlet in the pool. I believe this is an EA glitch.
You used the same wall covering everywhere, although it looks nice, a little variety would have looked nice too. There is no exit to the back yard. My Sim had a long way to go to get to the chess table. You might consider using a few rugs on the bare wood floors. The house was functional and playable.
Monticello Travelers Home
This house seemed to have a little more open space. I feel the use of area rugs to define space works better than the 'Fee Fie Foe Fence'. I love how you hid the warped walls to the attached garage with the vertical siding. The stairs to the basement don't work. My Sim just stamped his feet. I have been asked a question before about stairs from a foundation to a basement. The answer is here:

I hope this all helps with your future builds. You are a very good builder. You seem to focus on detail well. I suggest you look over the Checklist. There is a link to it in the first post under the heading 'My Thoughts'.
Continue to have fun building!
