Can a GTX 1650 card run the game on ultra?
I don't much about cards. I want one that can run on Ultra with all packs and cc/mods as well

- Definitely, even my 1550ti can.
- Sims 3 is an old game. You can run on the highest settings on any decent graphics card from the last five years. You need to make sure it's limiting your frame rate though, it's part of this optimization guide (don't waste time with the RAM allocation, it's a 32 bit game)
