An easy way to do it would be to body-swap 8 sims already in the university world. Make 8 sims and save them to the bin (not the library as a household). When your sim gets to the university world just select the 8 sims you want to replace and take them into CAS (one at a time), click on the bin of premade sims, select one of your made sims and accept. The sim will still be the original university sim, including name and traits but will have the appearance and clothes of your made sim. If you want to change traits you can always do that while you have them in CAS.
In addition: you need Mastercontroller for this.
