Can I turn off all the in game ads?

I hate all the ads for the sims store. The game is literally an ad. I keep accidentally clicking on sim store stuff. I dont even have my login signed in.

    Thank you so much!!!
  • Not only are things more pleasant (to many of us) with the in-game shopping experience switched off, but keeping it that way reduces stress on the game. Especially if the EA servers running the TS3 store are acting up. I haven't had that switched on for so long that I keep forgetting it's even an option. :)
  • Now if only my launcher would quit bugging me about all the "benefits" associated with upgrading to TS4. NO!!!! YOU WILL NEVER HAVE ME!!!! NEVER!!!!

Except that every time I upgrade my video driver, it resets everything back to default (which is on, for that).

Ahahahaha it's constantly telling me to buy Sims 4 Cats and Dogs xD
  • Some of you sure seem to spending more time interacting with your Launchers than I ever remember doing. All I want to do is play my game, if I must see the Launcher I'm usually really just passing through. :)

We're supposed to expect the Game Options to all get reset whenever there is a graphics card driver update. It really shouldn't be a surprise by the time the game is totally launched and a saved game is selected to load up. Aren't there any clues this has happened before then?
