Can't Install the Game

I was feeling nostalgic and decided to reinstall TS3 but upon clicking install I receive an error from Origin. The error is: 327682:0. Yes, I am running Origin as an admin. Yes, I have restarted the system. Yes, I toggled my firewall and tried again and when that didn't work turned it back on.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

    Could you please try the following:

    Manually uninstall Origin
    Restart your computer
    Download a fresh Origin setup file and when starting the installation, make sure to run it as Administrator
    Add firewall/antivirus exceptions for Origin
    Try downloading/installing the game again
