Igazor - I have tried deleting and replacing the tank, yes. I'll have to check the other points you've mentioned. This is just the standard Sunset Valley Park that's worked find for me in the past. I don't understand why it would be different now, but that's because I honestly don't know much about how the game functions.
Would saving the park to the library, deleting it, then replacing it work as a fresh replacement? Sorry if my words are a little mangled.
