I have been getting a crash and error all day . when I looked at the error log it says005c7567 => DasmX86Dll.dll not found. I have no idea about this and I have yet to find a fix. the error and crash occurred before and after updating my drivers

It does sound like you have a conflict of some kind happening there. But just to be clear, there are only 6 Core Mods in popular usage for TS3. NRaas ErrorTrap happens to be one of them. The others from NRaas are all Script Mods and tuning (except for UntranslatedKey, but that doesn't seem relevant here). I think you mean "base mods."Also note in case this helps that there are two combinations of NRaas mods that will crash the game on startup every time.1 - MasterController Progression module without the StoryProgression base mod also being present.2 - Cupcake when the store bakery set is not present or fails to load first.

I'm sorry if we are not being clear on this. The crash logs are useless, even with CLA they don't usually tell us anything helpful. The earliest of the EP/SPs each had their own patch updates and those are still available for download from MTS, but they are for the most part trivial and not having them would not cause the game to crash.Can you still run with no mods at all? And how about just MC base (then add in Overwatch and ErrorTrap, and then the others perhaps one at a time to help pinpoint the problem). If MC base alone crashes the game, then leave that one and its modules out and test the others if you could.

@Zapix_ - The crash log information is not really helpful. All it is telling us is that your game is crashing. I can see though that you are playing on Patch 1.69 and therefore cannot possibly be having the exact same issue that the OP on this thread was even if the symptoms seem similar.What you have confirmed here is that, for whatever reason, you have a "bad" save. The nhd file is your saved game, or rather the saved instance of Riverview with your sims and progress in it, that is refusing to load. If you can successfully run a new game or an old game, but no matter how you manipulate that particular Riverview nhd file the game instance you are trying to get into will not load, then there really isn't much point in trying to resurrect that saved game any further because it is damaged. This is why we always advise keeping a few extra Save As copies (with slightly different names) of ongoing games we care about on hand so we can revert play should something go wrong with the current one and the one auto-generated backup file.One thing you could try is pull out your entire TS3 user game folder to the Desktop (or rename it) thus forcing the game to spawn a new one with no content and no saves. Install Riverview on it it, then put a copy of the damaged game save into the new folder to see if it will load in a "clean" no other content environment.The size of that nhd file at 195 MB is pretty large for Riverview. The game does not do a good job of self-maintenance and over time without further steps being taken using mods and/or Save Cleaning techniques, ongoing saved games will bloat and become corrupt. The "missing" dll file is part of the crash log generation system. Basically it is reporting on its own error and most all TS3 crash logs say that, it has nothing to do with drivers or why your game might have crashed.

Does this happen with all saves, or just one in particular? Can you start a new game save it, and then load that?

I will try that. But i had a save i was playing ,then started a new one and played a bit,saved and exited, went back to play it later but when its mostly done loading it will crash

No i always exit the game when starting new saves or changing graphic settings . This crash happened before and after i updated my graphics card drivers . I also restarted my pc in case it might help.

I just tested a new save in riverview. it loaded all the way in. I'm going to test one of my other saves now

Edit: tested a different save and after spending some time playing it crashed

Maybe it's time to try a clean folder, no content (except, of course, NRaas mods, if you use them). If a new save loads and plays fine with no crashing, try copying one of your existing saves into it and see how that goes.

Maybe you have mismatched versions? What kind of install do you have? (Origin/Steam/disc) Normally, the best thing to do would be to go to NRaas, list your mods, and ask for advice. But the site is in transition right now, of course, so maybe you could just list them here, along with their versions. (If you have outdated or mismatched mods, that could be causing your issues.) If you have any scripterrors left over, the NRaas mod versions should be listed at the bottom of the page.
