Do you delete the PNG files when using Sims3Pack Cleaner (Custard)?

Hello, I regularly use Custard (Sims3Pack Cleaner) to clean out unwanted cc that may be stuck inside lots, sims etc. More often than not, the PNG files inside the S3Pack shows as "Corrupt (Not a DBPF)...
