This applies to me & Chain says he's not sure when he will get to it, so I need to know did he fix the problem ?
That issue from two years ago was looked at, fixed, adjusted again, re-fixed, put through beta testing, and released as Traveler v87 in Aug 2017. The bit about Chain not having time to look at it was very short-term back then, as in a week or two. If you have the current version of Traveler or the new one now in beta testing, v88, the problem has long since gone away and it never really caused crashing, just misalignment of relationships and world assignments among the four affected EA Store worlds and some custom ones.
okay just found it surprising that the Sims towns / worlds that were having problems are two of the same towns / worlds listed in my situation.
I noticed the date & figured it was fixed due to it being so long ago, but as I said two of the worlds listed there are involved in my situation.
I do have the current copy of the traveler mod, so I'm at a loss now.
I have started a new game with a new Sim & am about to take them to China. I'll see how it goes without the traveler mod.
I did put MC, SP OW and tagger back in my game, they didn't seem to have any issues. Thanks for responding.
P.S. If you can think of anything else I can check to figure out what the problem may be, please let me know, because I'd really like to resolve this. It's really disturbing to know I didn't do anything to bring this about, yet I'm forced to now play without a mod I really liked alot.
edit: Also have been wondering about the beta copy. What happens if I try it and something goes wrong, anything ?
Can it break the game beyond repair ?
