Help! Tomb room markers

Trying to create a secret room in a science lab - however the tomb room marker is only allowing me to place it on the uppermost level of the basement. I can't seem to find anyplace telling me how to place them on lower levels. Is anyone able to tell me how by chance?

    I can add tomb markers to the lower basement without issue. Have you tested in another save file, world, lot, and build to try to figure out what could be causing the problem?
  • I have tried different saves, and loading the venue, dozing the lot, replacing. I'm pretty sure you're right about the water table, as it's the science facility on Isla Paradiso. I'll definitely try loading it in a different world and placing it there. Will it transfer over to Isla Paradiso properly if it places properly into another world? So new to the entire tomb thing, imagine me running around a bouncy house with a blind fold on lol :) I wish I could click on both awesome and insightful for both of your comments! Thank you!
  • I hadn't even thought about the water level but I'm sure Jessa is right about that. I've had other bugs as a consequence of this--lowered terrain filling up with water etc. It's good that there is at least a CC solution to the tomb marker problem.

    If you don't want to use CC, unfortunately I guess it's either build in a different spot (higher up or in a different world), or perhaps introduce a hill to the lot itself (which would raise the basement level up) if that wouldn't interfere with your design too much.

    This game has such a wonderful variety of features, but it often feels like they haven't been properly tested together.
  • Woot, took it to Apaloosa, added the markers, saved to library, placed it in my game and the markers were there right where they were suppose to be! I'm so happy! Thanks so much for your help, guys!!

    Probably at some point :) I'm still working some of it out, and I'm sure it's not very exciting but I'm pleased with it so far :)
