How do I get multiple Death Flowers?

Grim's Ghastly Manor from the sims 3 store. You can challenge Grim to a guitar off. If you are at level 10 guitar, you can beat Grim and he will give you a death flower. You can do this as many times as you want. Grims door of life and death has many cool functions and the manor is worth owning for this game.
