How do you get rid of roomates for good?

Residential Lot Regular - After dismissing the Roommate, you have to call up Services and cancel the Roommate Service or else a replacement will be dispatched at 9 am the following morning.

Residential Lot Apartment - You can't, not without evicting everyone (in Edit Town) and changing the lot type to Regular.

There's a fix for being able to enable and disable roommate services in UL zoned aparment lots HERE.I started using it when it first came out and it is a patch for that and the roommates.
